Every outsourcing vendor says “risk-free pilot” somewhere in the pitch deck……..
Ask what’s actually risk-free about it, and most conversations get vague fast. Here’s what ours looks like, broken down by the day, because we’d rather you judge us on the build than the slogan.
Days 1–2: Discovery
Before we write a single SOP, we sit with your ops and product team and map three things: your actual ticket taxonomy, your escalation paths, and the SLA thresholds you’re already operating against — not the ones in a generic contact-center template. A fintech’s chargeback dispute flow looks nothing like a SaaS company’s billing escalation. Pretending otherwise is where most pilots start going wrong, usually before day three.
Days 3–5: Build
Everything from discovery turns into two documents: your SOPs and your QA rubric. Both are written to your product and your tone, not pulled from a shared library and find-replaced with your company name. This is also where escalation logic gets formalized, so agents know exactly when a ticket moves from tier one to tier two, and QA knows exactly what “good” looks like before a single ticket is ever scored.
Days 6–10: Train and certify
Agents train against your actual product and your actual escalation logic, then run mock ticket scenarios before they see a real customer. Certification isn’t a formality here. Nobody touches a live queue until they’ve worked through the scenarios we built from your discovery.
Days 11–14: Go live
Agents go live, and SLA tracking starts that same day. No grace period, no “still learning your workflows.” If an agent isn’t ready by day 11, that’s a signal we missed something back in discovery; not an excuse to soften the first week’s numbers.
From there, it’s calibration cycles: QA scoring, coaching, and reporting against the KPIs we agreed with you before the pilot ever started. The ongoing reporting, not just the ramp-up is usually the first thing a “risk-free pilot” pitch leaves out.
Fourteen days of structured build, before your customers ever talk to a Humatrix agent, means the first ticket they touch is already handled at full standard. If your last outsourcing pilot went from signed contract straight to live agents with nothing in between, that gap is usually the reason it took months to stabilize.
Don’t settle for vague promises and rushed go-lives. Whether you are looking to scale customer support, data annotation, or back-office operations, let’s build a pilot that proves its value before day one.
