These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of thehumatrix.com and any related websites, subdomains, landing pages, and online services operated by Humatrix (collectively, the “Website”), operated by Humatrix (“Humatrix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Who We Are
Humatrix is a business process outsourcing (BPO) and customer experience company providing outsourced customer support, staffing, and related technology-enabled services to businesses (“Clients”) in Nigeria and other markets.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Website in any way that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair it
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the Website
- Use any automated means, including bots, scrapers, or crawlers, to access the Website without our prior written consent
- Upload or transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Introduce, transmit, or distribute viruses, malware, malicious code, or other harmful material through or in connection with the Website.
We reserve the right, at our discretion and where reasonably necessary, to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Website where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or where necessary to protect the Website, our users, or our business

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, brand assets, and software, is owned by Humatrix or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Website without our prior written consent, except as necessary to view the Website for your own personal or business informational purposes. You may view, download, or print reasonable portions of Website content for your personal or internal business reference, provided that you do not remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices and do not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from such content without our prior written consent.
4. Job Applications and CV Submissions
If you submit a CV or job application through our careers page, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us. Submitting a CV or application does not guarantee an interview, offer, employment, or any other form of engagement with Humatrix.
We may retain CVs and application information for recruitment and workforce planning purposes, including consideration for current and future opportunities, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. ServiceHub and Client Services
Humatrix provides outsourced customer support and customer experience services to Clients through digital channels configured for the relevant Client, which may include Website Chat, Email, Telegram, and other channels.
Humatrix ServiceHub may use automated tools, including AI-assisted systems, as part of the delivery of certain customer support services. Where appropriate, interactions may be transferred to, reviewed by, or handled by a human support agent.
Where Humatrix provides customer support on behalf of a Client, the Client remains responsible for its products, services, customer policies, and substantive decisions relating to its customers. Humatrix provides services within the scope of the services and instructions agreed with the relevant Client.
Where you interact with Humatrix through the ServiceHub in connection with a Client’s products or services, your relationship with that Client may also be governed by the Client’s own terms, conditions, and privacy policy.
Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer to provide services to any specific business without a separate written agreement between Humatrix and that business.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
The Website and certain Humatrix services may use or integrate with third-party platforms, software, hosting providers, communication channels, analytics tools, and other technology services.
These third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Humatrix does not control and is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, content, or privacy practices of third-party services, except to the extent required by applicable law or expressly agreed with a Client.
Inclusion of a link to or integration with a third-party service does not constitute an endorsement by Humatrix.
7. User Submissions
Where you submit information, materials, comments, enquiries, applications, or other content through the Website or our digital channels, you represent that you have the right to provide such information and that your submission does not knowingly violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
You remain responsible for the content you submit, subject to Humatrix’s obligations under applicable data protection and other laws.

The Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Humatrix and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Website or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Website, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of these Terms indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information in connection with the Website and our applicable digital services is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
