Emeka Ndu
CHAIRMANHe is the founder of C& I Leasing and its first MD/CEO. Mr. Ndu is a serial entrepreneur who has set up at least five thriving businesses. He was until June 2000 the Chairman of the Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN). Mr. Ndu has served as the Chairman of the Shipping and Marine Services Sub-Committee of the National Consultative Forum set up by the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (National Content Division) to promote indigenous content in the Nigerian oil & gas industry.

Dr. Dakuku Peterside
VICE CHAIRMANDr. Dakuku Peterside served as Director-General/CEO of Nigeria Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (2016-2020) and Chairman of the Association of African Maritime Administrations. A former Nigerian National Assembly member and Rivers State Commissioner of Works, he supervised construction of 1,000km of roads and 18 bridges. Dr. Peterside holds a Doctorate in Organisational Behaviour and completed executive programs at Harvard, Wharton, Stanford, and Kellogg. He founded the Development and Leadership Institute Nigeria, authored “Strategic Turnaround, The Story of a Government Agency,” and has published over 200 articles on crisis leadership and government reform

Ajibola Ponle
CEOAjibola Ponnle is CEO of Humatrix and a seasoned Consultant, Accountant, and Executive Coach with over 30 years of experience. A Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Practitioner, she has worked with Arthur Andersen (now KPMG International) and British American Tobacco. She served as Registrar/CEO of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and as Lagos State Commissioner for Establishments, Training, and Pensions (2019-2023), where she introduced strategic reforms to enhance public service delivery.

Olawale has led major transformation programmes for organisations such as Barclays, BT, Unilever, and Gazprom Marketing & Trading. Certified in ITIL, PRINCE2, and ITSM, he brings expertise in change management, service transition, and project delivery. Known for turning vision into strategy, he enables executive teams to drive operational resilience and long-term, technology-driven value.
